Just wanted to update everyone on the 2010 Kansas Beef Expo in Hutchinson this weekend. The barns will open to Junior Cattle on Noon Thurday, Dec 9th. The grounds will be open before that but the barn will not open for cattle until noon. We are expecting our largest numbers to date so we recomend getting to the grounds early and securing a spot. Stall space is on a first come first serve basis and there is no reserving spots for other exhibitors.
We are also changing the format for the female show on Saturday. Senior heifers (born between Jan 1 2009 and Dec 31, 2009) will show at 8:00 am and the Junior Heifers (Heifers born in 2010) will show after the Senior Division. You can find a complete schedule and more details on the web site.
Check out the Entry Fee Payback for the 2010 Snow Angels Sale, any show exhibitor that registers for a buyer number will be eligible for some of their entry fees paid back through a drawing at the sale. Look for more details at the show.

We also invite you to view the trade show vendors that will be set up all weekend on the North side of the show arena and also participate in the Judging Contest held Friday morning hosted by the HCC Ag Department.
