9th is FAIR and our hopes of making weight was taken by the HEAT

Tuesday the 9th is fair and 2 weeks ago we only had 10lbs to gain and our steer lost 20lbs through the 112 degree heat..... Its so sad ..... our fair here in Leavenworth Ks has 2 things you have to make.. 1000lbs plus 1.8 lbs per day... We got the 1000lbs but he needs 30lbs more to make the 1.8.....Going to be long week at the fair  :'(

get him to drink water before weighing water weighs 8 lbs a gallon
