I have had a couple calves in the past out of Walks Alone and have been really impressed with them.  I really want to breed him to some of the cows in my herd. All I have are purebred Herefords and Shorthorns.  Would he breed well to some of the Shorthorns?

Yes, I had one out of a double stuff cow that was really nice. And also saw a pretty good walks alone x Hereford steer at a few jackpots last year.

Yeah you gotta use him on PB cows like angus, charolais, shorthorns, your breeds that tend to be lighter on muscle and not as much width in their chest........you he doesnt work as well on them powerhouse clubby bred cows.......most of the time their front ends dont seem to stay together as well....
