Am getting ready to flush an angus cow this fall and didn't know if his sire had been identified yet. I really like his calves and assume his DNA test
linked him to the origianl 602 angus cow. Anybody got anything?

if you like his calves, use him.  it shouldn't matter what the percentage is as you can them breed them up to whatever percentage you want.

I  have TWO older daughters OUT OF a red Angus cow that had produced a reserve maintainer at Maine  junior Nationals in 2004 .
Also ha a full brother an sister this year that are also look like keepers ....Wish else  I knew more about pedigree, but heard they make good females ...
