Well "best" is going to be subjective. It all depends on what a guy/gal looks for in cattle. Everyone views something different as most important. So there are going to be a ton of different responses here.
I would agree with your list for the most part with the exception of the Hereford and Shorthorn.
I dont know Shorthorn genetics enough to really make a decision on who is best, but I definately dont think Warhorse should be in there.
For Herefords I would have to agree with Remital Online, he has produced some dang good Hereford cattle. And as was stated earlier Carpe Dieme is a crosbred, clubby sire, not a Hereford.
But I see where your list came from, your entire list is pretty clubby oriented, and Carpe Dieme has thrown a lot of steers that did well in the Hereford ring, and lets face it, the vast majority of the steers making it in the breed rings are not purebreds.
