Blood testing recips

I have some recips that got eggs put in on may 22nd so they technically have been bred since may 15th. I am wanting to blood test the recips to see if they are pregnant. I understand you can't blood test the cows until 30 days after may 15th. I am planning to turn the bull in this friday. If a recip gets bred by the bull at day 40 will the pregnancy blood test still come back as open since she would only have been bred for a week to ten days?

When is it 100% safe to move recips about 30 min if they got eggs put in may 22nd?

In theory that should work, however, we have done the blood test before on cattle that were AI'ed and bull turned in 18 days later.  We blood tested at 30 days, and had quite a few come back as pregnant, that had been bred by the bull.  They couldn't have been more than 8-10 days bred.  I think they say 30 days to better guarantee accuracy, but they are testing for a hormone, and some must start producing as soon as they're bred.
