Breeding opinion

Hello we have a question regarding breeding choice on our Velvet Dream Heifer we bough this spring at the Iowa beef expo. I will post the web adress for the sale catalog so you can take a look a her she is lot 29. WE are considering breeding her to DF Waco from WHR Shorthorns. Let me know your opinions on using that bull or we are open to other suggestions. Any input is greatly appreciated.

What a magnificent heifer you purchased!  What is her calf from the sale mating?

That calf was actually s still birth at roughly 110 lbs back in April.

If she's had a calf she's a cow.  I liked Waco a good bit seeing him at WHR but if your cow already had a 110lber, you'll likely get more of that adding him to the equation.
