calf climate cooling unit

From what Ive been told these units are more like a bigger, more industrial version of a window unit. I was wondering if anybody had been around one of these or what the cost is. and also how they compare to a cool calf type unit. I do know where I can get a refrigeration unit similar to cool calf (but not a drop in) and I think it might cost more till I would get it installed and everything than a drop in unit.
