Congrats to Catie Parrish of Arlington, Tx. for her Champion Angus Cow-Calf pair Sat. @ Ft. Worth. She was out of our Raven son and a Wells cow (former champion). Her baby is a Lookout bull calf.
After coming so close, last Sunday during the Jr. Show (3 seconds and 2 thirds), we were excited to learn of Catie's champion. This makes SIX years in a row that a Christian Cattle Co. Female has won a division champion or reserve champion @ Ft. Worth. Highlighted, by last year's (Junior Show) Reserve Grand Angus female, shown by Wade Wells of Hamilton, Tx.
BTW, if any one is interested, a full sister to Wade's heifer will hopefully be on the ground soon. Plus, already a bunch of Bismarck, Lookout, Eagle-Eye, and other heifers on the ground from Sept. to babies.
