Choosing A Shorthorn Steer

So I didnt get the exact steer that I wanted, but I am really happy with my steer...he is really square and muscled....i need some information on short horn steers.

I really don't "exercise" my cattle.  Definitely not like I would show lambs.  They get turned out to a lot every night to stretch and play.  You want some fat on them.  In that respect, you treat them the same way you would any other steer.  No difference really.
