Cleaning front of sullivans showbox

We have a sullivans showbox. How do I clean the front of it? We are going to put a sticker on the front of it and I want to clean it first. I think its steel?  ???

try some citrus stuff I think its called goo gone. then it will just fall off.

Thanks. We dont have a sticker on it now, but its got that milky white color to it because we've had it for 5 years.

Muriatic acid cleaned the box (galvanized) really well.
