How should I clip one of my calves heads that was dehorned as a calf and has developed that V shaped head. His poll is really flat and wide and it's not the prettiest thing ever. I don't know what to do: I've seen people slick it off,  I've seen others leave some on the very tip of the poll,  and everything in between. What is the correct way to do this?

You'll want to leave a little on top blending it in so the head looks more pointed.  If his head is real bad, consider getting his head re-done so it will look better.
