My family cash crop farms about 5000 acres of corn, wheat and soybeans as well as a growing herd of cattle. I heard on RFD that Palmer Amaranth seed is being found in bags of cotton seed hulls. If people don't know much about this weed it is very aggressively growing plant that can produce hundreds of thousands of seeds and has formed herbicide resistance very quickly. So if I feed my show cattle cotton seed hulls in their feed, there is a good possibility that the seed could be spread on our fields through the manure. So I was wondering if there is anything else I could add to my feed mix as an alternative to the cotton seed hulls?
