County fair steer

I wanted to get your opinion on my steer for the local county fair. It is a pb shorthorn

He looks ready, finished, a nice top line, a balanced look to him, he just looks like he lacks a little power.
Is your show a haired show, I think with a little work you could get some decent hair on him.

No it is a slick show.

Looks to have plenty of power for me from all that I can see from a side view.  If he moves well, he should get by a lot of those calves that are a little stouter that just can't function as well as him.  Looks like a pretty good fat steer.  He may not compete at the highest level, but should do well at most county fair type shows.
