Day before county show PROBLEM

I went to feed my steers this morning and they have several big I mean BIG bald spots where I guess the have been rubbing against the trees. They have no signs of lice and they were fine last night. I'm freaking out because weigh in is today and we show 2rmo.... I honestly don't know what I should do.. Any suggestions?

our steer did that in ft worth. he amost looked bald on the belly. unless you can twine it back on theres nothing you can do.

Maybe to try and make it less noticeable you could take the rest of his hair the down.
