Gotta like Doc Holiday & Easy Coming 'cause neither are ...same ' ol same 'ol.  The Chiford bull is cool that should work on many types of cows.  Easy Coming appealed to me for calving ease baldy that should work on many types of heifers that wasn't ...same 'ol

The Viking was the coolest black monopoly bull that I saw at Denver. And look at his pedigree MonopolyXAli? Two of the top Bulls in there breeds!

Hi ho silver, here I sm, and 2nd to none seemed the best to me

I would second that with the addition of Man of the Year.  Granted, I didn't get a great look at all of them as a wife and three little girls are not the best company to really study the bulls.

The Viking looks like he will add style to your herd! From his size and how much bigger he is than the other bulls at Denver I think he would add size and would probably grow better.

I thought Man of the year was the best bull for raising cattle I like. He was stout, flexible, up headed, and flat shouldered. I liked some other bulls but won't use any till they prove themselves. Man of the year is the only one I would consider using year one.

The Viking was actually the youngest bull on display. BD 4/9/14. Which makes him even more impressive.

what was everyones thoughts on Walk The Line and Sweet Baby James??? I havent seen much about him but im excited to hear how he looks for a potential calving ease sire.
I could be wrong, but I believe this is a video link to sweet baby james as a calf. it stated he had a 60 pound bw:

I apologize if i am thinking about the wrong calf

Yes that's Sweet Baby James. Raised just down the road from me by a good friend. Heard he was pretty complete just didn't have the hype of the others

Here is a picture I took of Sweet Baby James in Denver sorry not the best photographer

Could he be tested for the ds condition?

Why bother, he's pha free.

Pull toy.

You are not trying to discuss, debate, etc.  you are just being a jerk, over and over and over.

Just make something already. We get it you are incapable as your herd has changed direction so many times./// At this stage of the game-AJ seems to have your goat-per se-you have considerable intellectual energy-so why waste it in an arena where there is no return? He basically states that he is curious in a free associative manner-and you-like Librarian (who is the great researcher of this site) are extremely factual and never present an idea without concrete representation of your statements-Never the twain shall meet-And whatever you think or say really will have no effect on AJ-he is who he is-not taking sides JMO O0

As we went through the bulls we separate and then talk about which ones we like. We all came back with the same number one choice and it was man of the year. We were all surprised with the front one third on many of the bulls get your calf pullers ready. The other bull I have not seen talked about is gravy train 2 out of the the 4 of us had him second choice. The other bull we liked was summit.

Went through all the Bulls.  Sound proof (Ewing and Coblentz) and Wade's two bulls were the best.  Matt's bulls were not very good.  One in a Chamber was the stoutest but his shoulder was just as big.  Raymonds bull will be good hes just too young today.  Sound proof was the freakiest bull there and had a stout hip.  Surround Sound (sound proof's sire) is the most underrated Sire in the Industry right now in my opinion. /// I dont know Surround Sound like you guys but there have been a couple barnburner blue-black roan hiefers out of him in recent sales-Who has him? O0

What have you seen from surround sound? I think he is extremely cocky. I had him on my to use list this year but every time I watch the video of him he looks.narrow made to me. I didn't think his calves would be consistently thick? Is he proving that assumption wrong? Tell me more about gravy train? I love his pedigree
