Feeding help

I would like some help figuring out the protein/fat in our ration. It is.......          360# cracked corn                              100# Kent 34% baby beef                  60# soyhull pellets                              20# linseed pellets                              40# cottonseed hulls                          30# liquid mollasses                        We have about 100 days left till show. We also topdress 8ozs of showbloom- 2# barley and 5# fast fast each day, Showbloom has 30% protein and 1% fat. Fast fat has 10% protein and 5% fat.
