Fence Building Cost

A man that I lease land from is wanting me to build some fence for him. But I haven't ever built fence for someone just myself. I have never paid someone to build fence because we have always built our own. So my question is what is the going rate for a 5 strand barbwire fence. 3:1 on the Tee-Post to the wood post. They will be 12 ft apart. Expenses are about $1.10 a foot so I don't know how much to mark it up for time. Any ideas or recent people paid to have fence built.

About $2.75/ ft is as cheap as u can find around here.

Fence contractors I know usually take cost of materials and double it to derive the price to bid.  If there are extra obstacles like rocks, frost, creeks, bog holes, etc. then adjust upward and if the fence line is flat, easy to dig holes or pound posts and no obstacles, adjust downward.
