Going AI rates?

Doing some AI work for a guy, was wondering about what the going rate is for this type of deals now a days? They are 44 heifers. What do you think per head?

Includes:
Heat Detection (at our place so not far drive)
Giving of shots/placing of back detector stickers (at owners expense)
AI'ing

Should be noted that it is a deal where any calves marketed/sold by us for over market price next year, we get a cut of the "over".

If it's handy, 20 a head is about in line.  Don't get greedy,  the AI gods get mad and you don't breed 50 percent and no mas travho.  ( that means WORK)  The AI gods smile and you have a job to count on.
