We had a litter of Corgi pups on December 23, due to a miscommunication with our vet, we waited a few days to long to get their tails docked. Our mistake is your benefit. The pups are PUREBRED, but not AKC registered, they do have tails and for that reason we are lowering the price tremendously. Normally we charge 300-400. We are asking $150 for these pups. We are located in central OH and can deliver to the Ohio Beef Expo. I will post some pictures this weekend. They are CUTE! 2 tri-colored females, a sable female, and a sable male. You pick $150. Willing to negotiate to get these guys into GREAT HOMES.

Next time do them yourself and save a little $.  We do them before they are 24 hours old.  It's not hard to do at all (thumbsup) (dog)

So how do you do it? Is it like docking lamb tails?

We do them before they are 24 hours old.  We use dog nail clippers.  Pull the little tail thru the hole, I hold the tail, husband cuts.  The cutter has a very sharp blade and does it quick.  My husband says its just like docking pig tails if that helps ya.

We had a litter we didn't get docked at birth due to husband in hospital, it costs a little more, but they can be done surgically at like 6-8 weeks.  I think it was 250 for 7 puppies and we figured the price difference in 1 puppy paid for the whole litter.

We tie them off anywhere from a few hours old up to 3 or even 4 days.  This makes for a very nice short smooth dock.
