I had a cow with a backwards calf that went over a couple of weeks. We lost the calf but not the cow. Also, when they go over the calf is gaining several pounds per day so expect a larger birth weight.
Thqt was why i wanted to induce them so their calves wouldn't get bigger.The 1st one was 14 days over and came out in three pieces.The next five i induced 3-5days overdue and i got all 5 turn out and healthy as can be so I would say if tou know for sure breeding date shoot em up.
