help me with coole design

In the process of building a show cattle working area in a barn and wanting to build for a cooler in the future. I have a few questions as to design. my cooler room is 16 x 16 and was thinking 3 to 4 calves in it so how big of a exhaust fan should I install and how big of a fresh air fan should I have? Any suggestions would be nice. thanks
