Homemade Neck Sweat

I'd like to make a neck sweat for my steer from home, I've looked at them online and they're too expensive for this being my last steer. Could anyone please help me out with what I could use? Thank you!

Mix in a spray bottle a small bottle of glycerin and a small bottle of mint Listerine. Spray that on his neck and wrap him with a trash bag and use duct tape to go around the neck to hold it in place but do not get the tape on his hide. Rinse in the mornings and repeat at night. I know sounds silly....but works

Saran wrap may also work for you covered by ACE bandages or cloth strips.
