How does she look?

This is our Royal Consignment for the Simmental sale. How does she look? She is a 3/4 blood bred to Chopper for a mid March calf (she is an April). My daughter brought her up today, only the second time since State Fair in August, and bathed and clipped her a bit. We are kind of excited for her! She is an easy keeper!

Looks good! What is she? Have you used Chopper much, and if so has he been ok for heifers?

She is sired by Oval F's herdsire, Wide Awake (Triple C Wake Up Call x Black Joker) . Her dam is a halfblood Net Worth cow out of their good Sarah donor. So she has a unique pedigree that you can do a whole bunch with, plus a really great set of EPDs! So far the reports I have heard with chopper have been good. We have not had any chopper calves yet, but many of our friends have and so far their heifers have got along pretty good with him. I plan on breeding a few heifers this fall to him, since we are selling the only one we have bred to him!
