I-80s effect on Frame Score

I have a yearling All Aboard double clean female that will probably only be a Frame Score 4. She is plenty thick, sappy bellied, and plenty sound. I just need to know if he will increase frame, follow the cow, or decrease frame. I'm open to other options as well. I want something high % to carry the papers.
