Judgement of this steer please

Could i please get some judgement on this hereford steer, sorry about this picture quality in a squished stall.

Really hard to tell.  Needs to be tied with his head up and all four feet set under him and on a profile shot with the top of the camera no higher than the upper part of his rib.  Then take a shot from the rear and even one from the front so we can see his chest floor width.
