Kleen sheen and Vineger??

New at this "grooming" was wondering what 1/2 Vineger, 1/2 Kleen sheen does. I use Kleen sheen right now. And was going to dilute it down with vineger, what does that promote (Vineger)???? Plus one more question. Where i live its cold outside, i dont have my shop heated yet. I criinge when i washed my Heifer outside and it was 35 degrees out.. I was told to wait till it warms up? I know there are a hundered different ways to do all these things, just trying to get some positive feedback. Thanks :-\

I use vinegar especially on my black calf which helps get rid of dandruff. I haven't heard about mixing with kleen sheen though
