Anyone have any details about this bull. Thanks
I would use Grandmaster. No calving problems, adds lots of milk and muscle. He has sired some good ones. Dew Time has been around longer, but Grandmaster adds milk and muscle, while IDT takes milk away. If you are looking for a show animal, IDT's milk wouldn't matter as much.brick hollow said:I have a halfblood heifer that I want to breed to a simmental bull. I have been searching all the catalogs still can't seem to come up with one? I want something homo black and polled, calve ease and proven. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

People have used Upgrade on heifers with minimal problems, but I personally wouldn't risk it. He had a large BW himself. I have heard of some calves coming large.brick hollow said:Thanks for everyones input. I will research these bulls. I was thinking upgrade maybe but with his milk number can't bring myself to do it!
