I just bought a March calf that I could not pass up.  He is good.  If possible, we would like to have him ready to show at Houston next year.  Does anyone have any suggestions on feed and supplements to help get him there?  Any suggestions will be appreciated.  Thanks.

is he american or exotic? the americans generally dont have much of a problem, but the exotics bloom a little later no matter what you give him

Right now feed feed feed feed but you have to keep him cool so that he will eat good. And make sure he is cool at night too for that is when they will do most of their converting. possibly a synovex implant but it is pretty hot for that
