Can someone explain what these are exactly used for and how and when you would administer?  Allowed?

ok... I know some of you know about this... Son has this black  steer for a late spring show... is really stiff the heavier he gets, acts like he hurts when he walks.  He's a little straight fronted but I've seen worse structure place well before so hoping he'll make it... husband wants Tbones out of him but softy me... well you know :( ... just wondered if anything to give him to make him feel better and be more flexible?

Ce Se is supposed to be the "best form of" Se.  Something about it's "natural" instead of syntheticly made.  IDN, I've had good results with plain ole BoSe.  You could try it for loosening up structure, but I have always used it for the opposite... ie. strenghtening pasterns, and helping correct "wobble wheels".
