Its amazing how this issue is dividing people of small farms vs large farms

what policies favor small farms on any issue?

there are some cutoffs like insurance, discrimination etc, that do exempt small businesses less than 50 employees. 

i would rather it all be level with less, not none, regulation and mandates for everyone.

there should be enough incentive to business that employees have more power to switch jobs for benefits they want versus pay.
