I have a heifer that needs to grow and she won't eat by herself. She's a pig when she's with our other 4 show calves. Were worried when we take her to other shows by herself she not going to eat. Opinions aprectiated

How long has she been with out the other steers? Mine sometimes just needed a few days to get back to normal feeding habits.

It may not hurt if it's allowed to bring a companion with her. I don't know if that is a possibility but worth a shot. With other cattle being around at the show on both sides of her then she may eat. Have you tried a trial run with her? If you have a friend that has a farm maybe take her there and tie just like you would be doing at a show and have his calves tied on either side of her. Do that for a couple of days. Better to find out that way then getting to the show and she refuses to eat for you.
