They have been the worst business to work with. Its taken 4 months to get results -  I need to resubmit the 3 samples for retesting. 
What kind of excuse is that ?

If you have to resubmit samples my guess is that your samples were not properly collected, stored or shipped and the DNA was degraded. It is almost impossible to get DNA from a clotted tube of blood, a tube that has been frozen, not stored in the frig or cooked in transit. The biggest problem with farmer obtained samples is the lack of quality of the sample.....perhaps it is not their fault at all

They were hair samples - If they were bad - why didn't they just say so - In the first place - Instead
of taking 4 months - to get around to the same results. Plus they have some results of the tests -
just not all of them. So the samples couldn't have been completely ruined / bad / etc.
