new calf

Just recieved a new calf that looks real green, how can I get alittle bloom on him with hurting him.

I'm going to guess that you mean't to say "without hurting him".  (lol)

You will want to slowly convert him over to a quality show feed with high fiber content over about 5-7 days. I recommend Rowe Nutrition products like Jackpot show feed and Guts.
