For sale is a gorgeous bred heifer due to calve August 1. She is an OCC Just Right out of a powerful OCC High Density donor owned by Boysel Genetics in Ohio. The story behind this sale is that she injured her front foot at the beginning of breeding season last summer and while we thought she stuck AI for a spring born, she instead got bred by one of the cleanup bulls late last fall while running on stalks. She was running with two maternal brothers, one out of BC Marathon and the other out of Duff New Edition, so we're getting a little lined up on her. The ONLY reason she is for sale is because I have no room for a fall bred.
We've had 3 ET babies out of this mating and all have been keepers. A full sister calved for the first time this spring and she is future donor material. A full brother has been retained for cleaning up on our heifers.
