Anyone seen Lautner's new promotion bull Ohio Senator? He looks REALLY nice, maybe the best that they've promoted this year, along with Ali Solution.  I think he could be the next big thing, hariy, wide, big topped and heavy muscled.  HIGE BONE.  Anyone else have any thoughts on him and what type of cow he'd click with??

Didn't see anything on that but it wouldn't suprise me.  If you get some double dirty calves wouldbe golden, isn't that what they want these days? ;)

But seriously, is he one that you'll use on some clean ones for steers?

It'll be exciting if they'll offer some male sexed.

Saw him at Expo yesterday. Looked like most of the right pieces in a small package. Will need to be used on some large framed cows.

kinda surprised he didn't go to denver. wonder why he didn't make it.

had the chance to see him as a baby but a torrential downpour kinda stopped that. his sibs looked pretty cool though. i liked how consistent the set was and even a maternal sib bull to their mother was pretty good too.

Saw of his sibs at Steve's back in the spring but I think they had him back in pasture. That set of sibs was awesome.

There was 2 or 3 more calves in the sale out of that flush that brought like 3-5k

it said on his poster at expo that he was a march 4th. and when i stood next to him, he about came up to my hip. he's way to small for me. at least they are honest about his DOB. but other than him being small, he is a good bull and he has all the right bits and pieces.

You don't have to see his feet. His rear legs do no flex much when he was walking toward the camera.

Oh ok, when you said "rear wheels" I thought you meant Pastern flex...
