Hoover Dam would be my choice.  Great EPD's. Calving ease with carcass, milk, and easy feeding.  The bonus is he is rated high for docility, which is worth it's weight in gold.  Top Sires and ABS has him.  Top Sires is running a special on him this month.

The only problem with hoover dam is that his birth weight EPD is barely negative.  He  is not really a calving ease specialist.  He is a good bull just not a bet the farm heifer bull.

The lowline deal is for real. We bred clubby heifers to Low Beau (lowline), calves came early and small for what we are use to. Surprisingly the calves grow fast and are about the same size as others from sires, but are a couple of weeks older. When they are born they are lively and have a strong will to survive. First time for everthing but we are breeding all heifers to lowlines in the future. Its just to easy and I guarantee you will sleep better.

Any  Angus bull with > 7 CED, < 2.5 BW, and < 85 lbs actual birth weight is heifer acceptable in my book.  Try to get something with some WW and YW as well.  I would recommend Barstow Cash.

Depends on the level of risk you feel you can assume.  On a randomly picked group of heifers, if all calves weighed 85, I'd bet you end up pulling several.

Nate's on target with the Green Garden Angus recommendation. Look at  Gardens Wave - low BW, calving ease is for real.  growth is around breed average, but he's well above breed avg for MCE,  marbling & ribeye, incredible high values for$W and $B, especially with his tremendous $EN value - and he's got all six GeneStar Tenderness markers.  Even if you're not looking to keep these calves, the heifers should make good cows for somebody, and the steers should feed out and grade very well.

N Bar Prime Time D806 will get 'em here tiny, alive & vigorous, but, they don't have much grow to 'em...but probably better than a Jersey or Corriente-sired calf.
