Posting Pics from Android help

I know there was a post somewhere but cant find it on the search.  Can someone again explain for us technological idiots how to post a picture on a post from an android phone?

For crying out loud.  I always see people posting pics saying "sorry they are off my smart phone". So someone has to be able to throw some advice?  I swear someone posted a how to session in the past year or two but I'm not finding it.

I always just email them to myself then do it from the computer..

Click add attachment, click browse, then a screen should pop up on your phone, click gallery and then select which photo you want. For more than one photo repeat the process.
