Always like watching them progress. Hows everyone think she turned out? Shes AI'd for a march 27th calf by Jesse James. Hows everyone think it will turn out ?

Really good heifer, long bodied and deep. Looks a lot like a Monopoly that my friend is flushing.

Nice deep broody female! I admire her sogginess. What is the breeding on the Charolais dam?

Thanks everyone! and she is Hoodoo bred cow. She'll have a full sib coming first of march. Does anyone know what to expect from Jesse James on the heifer? And if were to flush the cow to a charolais bull for replacements what would be everyone's picks? Firewater?

MIGHT try to use a strong polled bull to help with the horns ,if your wanting show cattle Firewater might be your best pick....He has a little more birth weight then I like in my cows ,a lot of my cows go back to Wyoming Wind and  UNLIMITED EASE ..BLUEGRASS also has good easy keeping females along with calving ease ....There are some good
unproven bulls out there also ....

Thanks for the replies. She's been a no miss cow for me and id really like to get some replacements out of her. The horns have definitely been a problem with her though....Might try Ai-ing her to Firewater and see what I get next year, then if I like it ill flush her. Thanks again for the comments. Freddy, do you have many monopoly X charolais daughters in production and if so what you breeding them too ? Being THC and a monopoly makes it difficult. Ive considered breeding her back to Firewater also and resulting in a 3/4 char....

Will use our WMW son we call WHO SAID ,he is out of big ,well made  WYO-WIND cow and is moderate ,good structure and decent hair ....
Will have better picture later ,he is fall yearling with great disposition !!!

Used Jesse James on some of the heifers last year , also used real thick son of Firewater on some second calves ...
