Hi all! New to the forums. Does anyone know where to get the halters with the chain that has barbs built in? Cattle guy says they make them but cannot find them online. Our steer will not bring his head for our daughter. She's not strong enough to keep his head up and he walks defiantly that way. Thanks for any help!

We purchased a pronged lead from Weaver Leather.  The only one we found at the time was black and would go with a standard black leather show halter.

We happen to have a local feed/farm store that carries weaver products.  They were in the $18-19  range at the store.

We bought ours from Sullivans, can't remember if it was the whole halter or just the strap.  I don't remember it being cheap, but it was worth every penny, works great, just enough leverage to let the calf know the little guys are there.

You an get them off of Sullivans. Do they work? I have used them on goats plenty of times but never on cattle
