I have about six bred heifers all of which are due to calve around February and March. 2 are commercial Red Angus, 2 are shorthorn, 1 is a crossbred and 1 is a half blood simmi. My question is, will it be ok to use them as recips after they calve for the first time? All of them are on the larger side of being moderate framed and are pretty large in their hip. These embryos are out of cows and bulls that don't usually throw big calves.
Thanks for the advice
