Ribbon Quilts/Wall hanging?

Can someone refer me to anyone that makes these ribbon quilts or wall hangings out of old cattle show ribbons.  I have about 175 of all colors, shapes and sizes.  I seen this once, and googled it and found lots of horse people doing it...wondered if anyone could recomend someone from the cattle industry.  Thanks!

I'd just find a good quilter locally and see if they can do it
