This is my opinion- unsolicited and free of charge.  A new semen tank is about $500.  Two canes of semen are about $500.  Most of us have more than $500 worth of semen in our tanks.  If you've ever had a tank go bad, you'll happily buy a new one for the peace of mind.

Or if you want ebay usually has some really good ones usually. Milleniums are great tanks usually 550 or less.

This is one place you don't want to short change yourself, unless you know the person you are buying it from I wouldn't consider purchasing a used tank, spend a few dollars more it just isn't worth the risk.  If you are going to buy used, get one from a semen company that has tested it and will guarantee it to be good.
