what can i mix with black velvet hair dye to  keep from burning calf skin only left it in for 15 min in shade fan on could use advice thanks

We mix with Kleen Sheen. I put a bottle of the Black Velvet in a fogger, then fill the fogger a little more than half full of Kleen Sheen and mix, then blow the dye on. Then comb in with plastic brush and let set for 30 minutes. Works great! I usually use two bottles per heifer, depending on how bad the hair is.

thanks for advice i will try that just seems like it burns and skin peels hope this helps

I would also put a lot of conditioner back in the hair right after you finish dying the heifer. Revive works well or I know a lot of people who brush in some Mane-n-Tail conditioner. Make sure you mix Kleen Sheen with the dye.
