Anyone tried this? If so how were the results? We have a steer we are taking to SA March the 7th. I would like to add some fat to this steer as well as some muscle.

My calculations might be wrong but I think if you started feeding it on the 12th you should be able to get your 20 days in and be ok on your 3 day withdraw period. Zilmax can increase respiratory rates and can cause bloat. It will add muscle but not fat. If you are needing to add fat cover I wouldn't use it.

If that is your terminal or final show with this steer, it says it can be fed 28-40 days prior to the show.  So I wouldn't necessarily say you're late but you better get it started.  I hear it works good in combination with a Revalor S implant.
