showtec concentrate

Was shopping around for calf feed and had feed dealer say "instead of buying showtec complete, it would be cheaper to buy the concentrate and grind n mix it himself."  Wasn't aware showtec had a concentrate product.  Anyone tell me what the name of this product is, I can't find it.  Either we are looking in the wrong spot or super stan the feed man was blowin smoke.

Its called Moormans Show Tec Cattle Mintrate 32/5. It is almost the same as the Grand 4-T-Fyer that is made by purina. We feed the purina and our showtec dealer was trying to get us to switch over but the showtec is $6 a bag more than the purina.

The difference from the Showtec to the Purina is one is a fixed formula and one is not. It's a less cost base. That would be the Purina. I don't think I would be as concerned on the cattle feed but I will not use less cost feed mintrates in the show pig feed. It's inconsistent.
