Simmy Bull Goldmine....

I'm thinking about A.I.ing my heifer to the simmy bull Goldmine and was wondering is Goldmine TH and PHA free tested?

should be clean due to pedigree neither of those are traits in the simm breed.

But my heifer is 1/2 Simmy and 1/2 Angus

The Simmental breed is not known to carry either of those defects. IF the bull and the cow had suspect pedigrees that might have a streak of Maine or Shorthorn in them then I might be worried. I do not know of any purebred simmi genetics carry either TH or PH. Those defects have been limited to cattle carrying Maine (Stinger) and Shorthorn( Improver 57) genetics. (or Double Stuff- the double Whammy.)
