The Benes back at ALBION,NE. have had great luck with him and a Charolais co they flushed... The Rist steer back EAST that did so well was a SB ,the champion that Hoblyns had at NEBRASKA STATE FAIR and there are some other steers that did
well....Heard semen might be hard to find ....

One of the more underrated bulls out there I think. He sires calves that grow well too, not too many puds like a lot of the other bulls out today. He's got his place for sure I plan on using him.

I have only had one Smilin Bob calf, but I will certainly be using him more.  He definately has a place in the industry.  Here is a link to a Smilin Bob heifer in our sale on Oct. 7th  Tag Bobbi

I have seen some really nice calves out of him.  But again I have liked him since he was at Denver and people texted me how awesome he was on the washrack wet, not just when he was all dolled up.  I think he produces really functional calves that feed out well. We have one in the barn that was by good when we got him but byno means a barn burner, then he kinda fell off for a month or so and I got worried, but people kept saying his calves come on strong in the end.  I am really impressed with how this calf is coming on right now and excited to see how he finishes. I dont know if semen is scarceon him yet, but I personally think he is one of those bulls you can use with confidence on several types of cattle.
