Right...but the photo can be replaced with no trouble whatsoever, and I can't imagine anybody not appreciating NOT having to spend extra time cleaning up photos. I would be thrilled if somebody sent me a 2nd photo I didn't have to do anything to, even if it was after the deadline. Photo deadlines are important bc you can't start laying out the book unless you know for sure which lots will have a photo and which one's won't. And when people tell you they'll send one, that doesn't count! If you got a picture to them, then they know to hold the space. It's like two clicks to place a photo that's ready to use.
