When that happened to us, we gave him probios , wormed him again and gave him only hay for 2 days. That combo worked for us.
Im sure some of the more experienced will chime in and be able to help. How long has he been off feed and anything else that would show signs that he maybe getting sick ?

As OkeeGal stated a little more info would help, how long has he been off feed, did he bloat, did he get real loose, is he drinking and eating hay, did you change feed or pick up a new batch of feed recently, has there been a drastic change in the weather or his environment, and most important is he running a fever?
